The Claude Business Profile Prompts

Claude remembers every conversation you've had with it. These 4 prompts make it tell you what it's actually heard — your blind spots, your contradictions, and two completely different versions of where your business ends up.

Run these in order inside one Claude conversation. Do not start a new chat between prompts. Claude needs the full thread to build an accurate profile. Stay in the same chat the whole way through.

Prompt 1 — The Full Profile

Copy and paste into Claude

Based on every conversation we've ever had, build me a complete profile of who I am as a small business owner. Include my communication style, my values, what I'm insecure about, and what I'm secretly working toward in my business.

Prompt 2 — The Contradictions Check

Stay in the same chat, then send this

Tell me the contradictions you've noticed in me as a business owner. Where do my words not match my actions? Be brutally honest.

Prompt 3 — The 5-Year Prediction

Still in the same chat

Predict the exact version of me and my business in five years if I keep operating the same way I currently am.

Bonus Prompt — The Flip

The one that actually helps

Now flip it. If I actually fixed my biggest blind spots starting today, what would that same five-year version of me and my business look like?

How to Run It

Open ClaudeStart a new conversation at claude.ai. Any plan works, including the free tier.
Run all 4 in orderCopy and send Prompt 1. Read the response. Send Prompt 2 in the same thread. Keep going through all 4 without starting a new chat.
Do not skip the bonus promptPrompts 1 through 3 surface what is. Prompt 4 shows you what could be. The contrast between 3 and 4 is the part that is actually useful.

What You Need

A Claude account and at least a handful of prior conversations with it. The more conversation history you have, the more specific and accurate the profile will be. If you are brand new to Claude, use it for a week or two before running this. The prompts need something to work from.

These work for any small business owner, not just real estate agents. If you want your industry named explicitly in the response, add it to Prompt 1 after "small business owner."
