1. The Resources are free and informational
The Resources are provided free of charge for general educational and informational purposes for real estate professionals and others interested in using AI. They are not professional advice. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, accounting, real estate brokerage, appraisal, inspection, or other professional advice, and no professional or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the site.
2. Not a substitute for professionals
Several Resources help you use AI to evaluate real-world things (for example, home systems, property condition, pricing, or business decisions). These are starting points, not conclusions. They are not a substitute for a licensed inspector, contractor, appraiser, attorney, lender, accountant, or other qualified professional. Always obtain independent professional inspections, valuations, and advice before relying on any output for a transaction or decision.
3. AI-generated content
The Resources are designed to be used with third-party AI tools. AI can make mistakes, produce inaccurate or outdated information, and "hallucinate" facts. Any output you generate using a Resource is your responsibility to verify. Always check important information independently before acting on it or sharing it with a client.
4. No warranties
The site and the Resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. I do not warrant that the Resources will be accurate, complete, current, reliable, error-free, or available without interruption.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Kyle Renke be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site or the Resources, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Resources, site content, and branding are owned by Kyle Renke unless otherwise noted. You may use the Resources for your own personal and professional real estate work, including adapting prompts for your business. You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute the Resources as your own product, or remove attribution where it is provided.

The site references and links to third-party tools and websites that I do not control. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for third-party content, practices, or availability, and a reference is not an endorsement or a guarantee.
