I've been a builder for as long as I've been working. In my 20s I started a software company called CoachSync that helped college athletic programs communicate, used by teams at schools like Stanford, Iowa, and Florida. Building has been my thing ever since.
When I moved into real estate, I rose to the top 2% of agents in Northern California, then became COO of one of the most productive Keller Williams teams in the western region, running operations across the Bay Area, Sacramento, Southern California, and Hawaii. I built the systems, optimized the lead gen, and coached the agents. I also ran the Spartan League mastermind for hundreds of agents, investors, and entrepreneurs nationwide.
These days the part that lights me up is doing more of the work with less of the grind. So I build Custom AI Skills, workflows, and apps that handle the busywork agents hate, the follow-up that falls through the cracks, the prep that eats a whole afternoon. I run all of it in my own business before I ever hand it to anyone else.
Somewhere along the way, agents started asking me how I was using AI. So I started showing them. Now a big part of what I do is teaching other agents how to actually put AI to work in their business, not as a gimmick, but as real leverage.
